Program name: Odapp Staff Scheduling Notifications, operated by Kobo & Co LLC. Odapp (getodapp.com) is the software product; Kobo & Co LLC is the company that operates it. This section describes exactly how the program works and how end users opt in.

How end users opt in

Odapp sends messages only to enrolled restaurant and facility staff. An employee opts in by entering their own mobile number and checking the consent box in the sign-up form below (also completed during employment onboarding). Express written consent is collected before the first message is ever sent, and consenting to SMS is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

What we send — and what we never send

  • Operational scheduling messages only: shift assignments, reminders, coverage requests, and confirmations.
  • No marketing or promotional content, ever.
  • Message frequency varies with scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. A single confirmation message is sent, then messaging ends.
